HOW WE WORK
Our customer service representatives will require the county, name, contact number, type of Appliance, model number, and a brief description of the issues you’re having. A technician will receive your information and contact you to schedule service. All appointments will have a two hour window for arrival.
QUALITY, WE DELIVER
All Appliance repairs requiring parts will have a minimum 90 day warranty. Parts are OEM or Original Manufacturer parts. Work areas are left clean, and old parts are left with the customer to ensure proof of service on their appliance. Customer representatives are friendly, and technicians are well groomed and dressed upon arrival. Any additional information needed for your household appliances will be provided by the technician performing the Service Call.
